- Phone number
- College roll number
- Department, section, and year
- Gender (optional)
- Any other information you voluntarily provide during registration
2. Why We Collect This Data
We collect the information above solely to: facilitate smooth hosting and administration of events; verify eligibility; manage registrations and team allocations; communicate important updates (schedules, venue changes, results); and to prepare name badges or certificates where required. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal Basis
Where applicable, our processing is carried out based on your consent and/or because it is necessary for the performance of the contract (i.e., event registration). We only process data that is relevant and necessary for these purposes.
4. Sharing & Third Parties
We may share limited registration information with event partners, volunteers, or venue staff when necessary for event delivery (for example to prepare access lists or certificates). Any third parties we share data with are required to handle it securely and only for the purposes described.
5. Data Retention
We retain registration data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes listed above, comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate organizational needs such as record-keeping or improvement of future events. If you request deletion, we will remove your data where feasible, subject to legal or operational constraints.
6. Your Rights

7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure—please take care when sharing personal information.
