1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in events organized by Innovision you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our event registration platform and participation in any Innovision-hosted activity.

2. Eligibility

Participants must meet event-specific eligibility criteria. Where applicable, proof of enrollment or identity may be requested at the venue. Innovision reserves the right to refuse participation if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Registration and Payment

Some events may require pre-registration and/or payment. Payment policies (refunds, cancellations) are defined per event and will be clearly indicated at the time of registration.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and comply with venue rules and staff instructions. Harassment, discrimination, vandalism, or harmful conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all event materials, logos, and creatives are the property of Innovision or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovision, its organizers, volunteers, and partners are not liable for personal injury, property loss or other damages arising from participation in events. Participants attend at their own risk and should follow all safety guidelines provided by organizers.

7. Changes to Events

Innovision reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, speakers, or formats. We will make reasonable efforts to inform registered participants of significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event is held. Any disputes will be subject to the appropriate courts.
